Greenwood Hardware has been selling and installing water heaters for more than 35 years, with thousands of satisfied customers in the city of Seattle. Our main lines are Bradford White, Rheem, Richmond, and GE Geo Spring heat pump water heater models. We stock a wide range of gas and electric heaters from 20 gallons to 80 gallons, with configurations to meet most capacity and size requirements for houses, condos, and apartments.
Our Standard Water Heater Installation Package includes new copper flex connectors, installation of new heat traps, drainage and disposal of your old water heater, and in most cases, no labor charge for installation of new valves. There are no transportation fees WITHIN Seattle city limits. Installation service is available five days a week, with emergency service on Saturdays. Scheduling and installation are available within 24 hours of order. Same day service is available in most cases for leaking water heaters. In addition to residential work, we are RHA (Rental Housing Association) members specializing in meeting the water heater needs of apartment owners and property managers.
